Lost In Madison

Last weekend Teri and I had a scavenger hunt, she was looking for RED items and I was looking for YELLOW items. As we found these items we would take a picture of them with our phones, and at then emailed them to each other. I talked a lot of trash and in the end she kicked my ass… Anyways, moving on… We thought it would be fun to get the family involved. So here we go…

I would like to formally challenge all of you with iPhones to a weekend scavenger photo hunt! Teri and I will be playing for sure, even if you guys don’t, but we both think it would be a ton of fun if you guys joined us. The more people the better so don’t be a chicken!

If you need someones contact information shoot me an email or text asking for it and I will get it out to you. All updates will be sent via bulk text to all players from me, titled as “Photohunt Update:”. I encourage trash talk from everyone, if you are going to trash talk please send it out in a bulk email or text to everyone playing so they can enjoy the fun!

How it works:
Below is a list of items to find. You have all weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun) to find these items. As you find these items take a picture of them and email your pictures to photohunt@lostinmadison.com and cross them off your list. This is NOT a team game, this is an individual hunt, each person is responsible for finding their own items (with the exception of Kirk, Judy or Knute can have him team up with one of them). All photos of listed items need to be in before Monday (7/6/09). At that time I will check that email account and post everyone’s pictures in folders according to the person who took them and put them up online for all of us to see. The first person to submit ALL items wins, this will be easy to track because each email will have time and date stamps on them. Winner and placings will be announced on Monday (sooner if all are submitted sooner) to ensure all contestants complete their list. The standing and links to the photos from each player will be posted here as well.
